Keto Spicy Vanilla Milkshake

  • 3/4 cup of unsweetened coconut milk 
  • 1/2 a cup of unsweetened almond milk 

  • 1/2 a teaspoon of turmeric 

  • 1/2 a teaspoon of cinnamon 

  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger

  • 1 teaspoon of stevia powder

  • 2 teaspoons of natural vanilla extract


  • Mix all the ingredients together in your NutriBullet or preferred blender until smooth and the ingredients are beautifully blended into a warm yellow.
  • If you want to enjoy it cold – pour the mixture over ice into a glass jar.

  • Sprinkle a little cinnamon over the top and enjoy… 

  • If you feel like a warm drink, add the mixture into a pot, place on a warm plate on the stove and let it warm through.

  • Serve in a glass jar or tea cup.

Flavoring Ideas

  • To intensify the flavor of your shake add a pinch of sea salt.
  • As always experiment with how much sweetener you need. These ingredients don’t really have much natural sweetness, so you’ll need a way to sweeten your drink. If you have it hot, you may need a little more sweetener.
  • If you don’t like the taste of stevia try erythritol.
  • Then you can add heavy cream and or almond butter. I you do this check the macros to be sure that it still fit into your daily allocation.
