- 4 medium Zucchini with Skin, Raw, Spiralized
- 1/4 cup butter
- 8 ounces full-fat cream cheese
- 2 cups full-fat heavy cream
- 6 oz grated cheddar cheese/ parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- salt & pepper to taste
Melt the butter in a medium non-stick pan over medium-low heat.
Add the cream cheese and heavy cream and mix well to incorporate the ingredients.
Simmer for 5-6 minutes.
- Mix in the cheddar cheese or parmesan cheese.
Add in the garlic, the fresh parsley and seasoning to taste.
Serve 1 cup of zucchini noodles with 1/4 cup Alfredo Sauce.
